Kenny It was nice talking with you, I had a great week end ( home now) and enjoyed all the well wishers on Thursday and Friday! I tore down ( if you can call it that) beside the Butchers, very nice people, had a great time. As always learn something new and meet new friends

. KUDOS to the NHRA guys for doing a stand up job! Atco Dragway was prepped superb! Very happy I made the trip! Congrats to all.
Funny thing is that every time I get to go to tear-down I see nothing but smiling faces and a general positive atmosphere, considering the work these guys ( techs and racers) have to go through is truly amazing!

Cant wait to get back!

Special thanks to MSD and their tech team for helping me get through a self inflicted issue!

Venice, it was great talking with you also. Congrats on the record, I know you worked hard for and you sure did earn it.

All the record attempts are in the books. Two more were set, Carl Milano in his 65 SS/LA 289 Mustang, 10.443@128.20. James Evanuik in his 98 GT/A Escort, 8.81@152

Super Stock
Kenny Van Gorp in his 68 SS/GA Camaro over Gary Ewing's 69 SS/JA Camaro. Gary was a no show, engine trouble.

Stock
Mike Quartarone in his G/SA Camaro over Jeanne Linke in her 85 J/SA Camaro. I don't have the numbers, but I will update if and when I get them

Super Comp
Doug Doll over Josh Eastburn

Super Gas
Iggy Boicesco over Gary Laird

Super Street
Jay Neville over Josh Eastburn
