As far as throwing out the non qualified ET's, I guess I never saw slower times in the "good session", although I don't really watch it that closely

Just looks like the whole front end is as tall as an 8" cowl hood. The cars really look stupid now, at least to me.

So much for the changes breathing new life into Pro Stock. At this rate, it will be on life support by season's end. Used to be the best class in drag racing, what many sportsman class racers dreamed of, the "big league".

Yeah let's have some drag racing welfare, some sharing of the wealth. I have no love for Anderson and co. but they're getting it done. Either they have it figured out or they're cheating their asses off. I think they're just ahead of the curve.

I have been told the Summit team made 700 pulls on the dyno last winter.

Also, the Camaro seems to have superior areo over the Dart and Mustang.

Pro Stock really sucks right now and needs to be reviewed by the NHRA.

Exactly. The Summit team needs to give their "fair share." Time for NHRA to tax them for working hard and enjoying their success.

I'm going to go now and stomp my feet and repeat over and over...."it's not fair, it's not fair".....

That's what happened with the Hemi in Pro Stock back in the beginning as well as NASCAR

Jmho, but MOPAR needs to get their heads out of their rears, and make a decent cylinder head casting, instead of more of that outdated hemi crap. If they don't flow like the GM heads (I'm told they do not), they won't run like the GM cars. Give their loyal MOPAR racers a break. Several years ago, I over heard, probably the top cylinder head guy in the U.S. at the time, tell one of his customers I'm well aquainted with, that he used the same CNC program to port both Dodge and Chevy Pro Stock heads. They also ran very close numbers back then. It's not the EFI holding the Dodges back. Sure have to hand it to Anderson & Line for their hard work. It certainly shows right now. Guys that work harder and smarter go faster.

The Anderson & Line Show......I like Jason, he watches Stock and will talk to you.
The Erica Elite Show...........Killer lights.
The Jeggie Show...........Great sportsman.
The Wayne County Show......?????
The WJ Show......he hardly ever smiles.
The Bob Glidden Masterpiece Show........hard knuckles.
The Bill Jenkins Show.........a Vega.

But not as dominant as the John Force Regime

And the current series of The Hines/Hines/Hines/ Kraweic Show.

But the best is the Frank Manzo Performance Show.

I watched Charlie Westcott just blow everybody away at the first Cajun Sportsnational in a Mopar with a huge Bowtie decal on his dash for the TV cameras. I think he will do just fine.

Ron Ortiz
U/SA the show must go on.
