Here's the 2017 Divisional postings, manufacturers have requirements related to registration, how recent the purchase was, etc. You can get the specifics on NHRA Racer. There are also a few manufacturers who pay that don't do so through the NHRA program (such as Turbo Action). Probably be another month before the 2018 postings are available.
