How much is a pro trans with a brake?

It depends on how much lightweight stuff you put into it.

I have bought over a dozen transmissions from them
and they have been always very fair.

I have a proflite 727/904. It's worth every penny and the gear ratios are awesome.

Dave's a good guy and offers great support.
