I think you kind of answered you're own question, they already put the Dutch on top of Charlotte, so they kind of have already screwed a bunch of people over who wanted to do both. I understand the Dutch isn't what is used to be since it's not really in "cool" air anymore and it's just worth a grade point since we don't have open points series anymore but, if you have no other choices. Last year they cut the Dutch out to have the D1 race there. I'd say keep them till Monday but, that looks like crap also.

But the Dutch is an Open with nothing to gain compared to a divisional points race. I think they will put more weight into the decision running a divisional that same weekend.
That said, anything could happen

I don't see that this weekend's Maplegrove race is on NHRA TV. Is it being televised?

I have never used "live timing" before. Is there supposed to be a link here?
