Without flat out conditions, I doubt you'll see it at Indy.

Without flat out conditions, I doubt you'll see it at Indy.
#65 qualified at .855 under Indy 2020.

Yes.Let me clarify.
I should have spelled out what I meant.
2020 would not have met the new - .95 requirement, even though it was still a flat out deal. ;-)
