88 Chrysler LeBaron GTS (2.5 non-turbo) would be a natural GF - could run HF. (115HP -> 3332lb in HF/SA). Might be possible to run 17.70 (TCI calculator estimates 17.76 based on HP and weight) but not just pulling it off the lot - it would need some work.
EDIT - since Aaron confirmed it was a Buick while I was typing the above analogy is out the window.
