Mr Wright, I don't know about the DP's running on only 2 barrel(If so that sucks for anybody having to run one heads-up) and yes, I think they certainly should have a much higher HP rating. Quite a few cars run fast at testing and other races where AHFS is not in play but that doesn't factor in. I also don't know the HP rating for Mr. Warner's combo or Mr. Silveus' combo but, I would like to if possible. I appreciate your knowledge and am always eager to learn more about the various types/combos in stock/superstock racing.

Bryan and Byron Worner both currently run the LT1, Bryan in GT (295HP) and Byron in SS/IA (279HP). When Bryan started running GT the HP was 279 but Mr. Silveus personally stacked 16HP on it before moving on to the L98, which Bryan is moving to, which he added atleast 8HP and is working on more.

A good one of those Chrysler 360's will make more than 100hp more than the best LT1. It's the heads and the size of the throttle body.

I know you say that you are new and just learning about superstock, but how did you know Worner was talking about Silveus when he didn't say his name at first. I think you are a little closer to us than you pretend, if I would guess Kevin Gaffney lol. Stop trying to cause a war between them just to get HP on my combo. Mr. Silveus could have hit it at Indy but he didn't, I know people want him to do it one more time but I personally don't think he will fall into this trap.

Did not say I was new, I just don't know a lot about the various combos especially in SSGT. I inquired about mr Warner's combo because he runs ss/ia(the title of this thread) and mr. Silvers combo because he was near the top of the qualifying with a non factory type car. Don't know mr.gaffney personally but I do know he has fast nice cars. Yours is pretty fast too. What combo do you run and what year engine? BTW, I just started this thread by saying the winner of this class was really fast, that's all.

LOL, I like how you spelled both of there names wrong this time, not trying to rub you the wrong way but most of us know each other by name or say who we are when posting. I would be more than happy to answer some questions you have about superstock. I reveiwed all of your post in the history data and it appears by the people you talk about that you live close to DIV1 or DIV3. I would like to invite you to come to the races and spend the day or weekend with us, my treat. You will have a great time and since I go to alot of races by myself maybe I can pick you up on the way. Looking forward to meeting you, Ill be in Bristol this weekend then Charoltte and Reading. Can make it to Columbus if thats closer for you. Hope to talk to you soon PM me and ill give you my phone number. P.S. all the Vagas Fuel you can drink lol, I just need you to sign in to classracer when I see you so I know that I am Not spending my time and money on someone that reads this just for a free ticket. Hope to see you at the track
