Default For Super Stock Only

I have been racing since 1963 and I feel now is the time to allow any modifications allowed in the pan for Super Stock only. This new rule change would help just about everyone racing from the racer who is trying to buy or find the best crank or( lightest) to put in their pan, to NHRA who has a huge amount of head aches trying to approve all of the various combination cranks and even the amount of time it takes to tear down the race cars by dropping the pan . The cost of what’s is in the pans’ these days is beginning to get out of hand let those who have the money to spend all they want in the pan ,and let the Automatic factoring system take care of the amount of ET the pick up if any one does

We would still have the normal tear down of course but no longer would they make the racer pull the pan any more. The time has come for this to happen especially with all trying to cut down overhead during these “economic hard times”

” Now I would like NHRA to double the number of times the Automatic HP factoring System is applied.

What does everyone think about this idea?
