Guys
I'm an old bracket racer tired of racing all the electronics and looking to build a stock eliminator car with a 1977 305 sbc motor and looking for recommendations on heads and intake and carb can run with two or 4 barrel. And also have a couple of other questions can you replace seats with aftermarket seats and can you replace factory glass with Lexan. start going throgh the classifications guides and find a engine/body combo that you like and is easily available.
The carb, heads and manifold will be what came stock on that combo and in 77 there are no dual carb setups. |

David we are looking at a 1977 Nova the car was available with either a 2 barrel or a 4 barrel

No Lexan, Body and interior must remain stock, beside new rule of the racing seats are allowed

350 is 4 barrel

Yes Bill your right I didn't post that properly we are looking at both.
I still cant understand the rule on the glass in the rulebook it says to see gen regs 7:8 and by that it says that they can be lexan thanks bill |

Bill, in Stock Eliminator, the windows must remain as originally installed by the factory......Lexan is not an approved substitute - sorry.

was looking at a 2 bl 350 combo and the head castings of
993, 333881,and 333882 any thoughts on with one is the best? |
