Have a few questions about brakes

I have a 68 Mustang that I bracket race. It has drum brakes all the way around.
I am looking to swap to some discs on the front now, and on the back at a later time.
I am looking at Strange, Wilwood, and Aerospace.
Just wondering what direction I should go.
I have heard some different things about Master Cylinders, something about a mopar or even a ranger MC. Can someone give some insight into that and what would be the best option for me.
I run Weld Alumastar in the front and Billet Comp 5 in the rear, will there be any can of clearance issues?
