What classes will the CJ's and DP's run in IHRA?

Very good point. If IHRA establishes these classes now I am sure it would probably please the majority (people without Dps or CJs). This class can be listed as for '08 and newer model Fuel injected cars. The one thing about IHRA is that they actually listen to racers opinions and ideas. I would not be surprised to see IHRA adopt something like this. If IHRA truly wants to seperate the new cars they will do something like this. IHRA is looking better all the time.

Also, you have to agree with Jack's point. However, if you consistently make round and run enough races you will begin to meet up with the new cars, not to mention as more of these cars continue to pop up. Probably the main reason old cars vs Dps didn't happen that often is because there simply weren't a large number of these new cars together at multiple races.
