Running reduced base circle cams adds alot of pressure angle which is a killer for lifters.

The car and engine below............why a .900 base circle? IIRC I measured with a caliper and if its not a .900 base its close. You'll have to ask Cam Motion that question.........I had it custom ground and thats what I got. I did say I FINALLY got oil out of the pushrods................I hear what you're saying on the lifter O.D. I think I'm fine .The engine is a 355 23 deg. Brodix head 14:1 .
