Anyone understand the arm drop? Do you go (or when are you supposed to) on first muscle twitch, or when the arm comes all the way down? or..... Who decides on "red light"?

That's the only problem w/arm-drop racing for big money, IMO, Randall....someone's always saying: "Yes, you did!" or "No I didn't!".....but, I believe people working in the tower "call" the red light starts on Pinks... WJ
